Upper Body Pulling Series

This sequence focuses on building strength through the upper and mid-back, improving shoulder stability and creating stronger, more balanced movement patterns.

Moving through:
• Wide Row
• Underhand Grip Row
• Bicep Curl

Using the Reformer springs as resistance, these movements challenge control, endurance and coordination while encouraging better posture and deeper connection through the shoulders, arms and back.

Our much loved blue and white grip socks from @myelliosa are back in the studio and we're so excited to introduce two new additions too.

Whether you're replacing an old pair or treating yourself to something new, you'll find both available to purchase in studio.

A little reminder that grip socks are required for both safety and hygiene during class.

Strength from the shoulders up… with a core challenge built in. The Reformer is an incredible tool for upper body work, using spring resistance to build strength, control and stability through the arms, shoulders, chest and back.

In Pilates, the smallest adjustments can completely change how a movement feels and how effectively the body works. From deep core connection to creating length and slowing movement down, every cue is there to help you move with more awareness, control and support.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more, it’s about understanding the movement differently. 🩵
