Daniella Laxton
Daniella Laxton is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, with foundational Classical Mat Work training from Pi Studio, London.
Her Pilates journey began over a decade ago when her mother-in-law, a physiotherapist, suggested it as a way to ease her lower back pain. Experiencing newfound strength, improved posture, and greater flexibility, she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the practice—one that eventually inspired her to become an instructor in 2021.
Later that year, after completing the London Marathon, Daniella suffered a herniated disc and turned to Pilates to support her recovery, reinforcing her belief in its power to heal and restore.
Her goal as an instructor is to help clients move in a way that strengthens, energises, and builds body awareness—always with just the right level of challenge to keep them coming back for more. Every session is designed to be both effective and enjoyable!
In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body

Jessica Laxton
Jessica brings a calm, intuitive energy to her classes and is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, more connected, and confident in their movement.
Her interest in the body and movement began early — with a mum who worked as a physiotherapist, Jessica grew up with an appreciation for how the body functions and how mindful, strength-based movement like Pilates can support both physical and mental wellbeing.
As Daniella’s sister-in-law and long-time Pilates companion (they were Pilates-ing on the beach long before Core Tonic was born!), Jessica is deeply aligned with the studio’s ethos of thoughtful movement and individual care. She teaches a mix of dynamic and feel-good Reformer classes that focus on balance, breath, and body awareness.
Whether you’re a seasoned mover or just getting started, Jessica has a talent for making you feel right at home on the reformer.
