Nurture Reformer
Supportive Pilates for Pre & Postnatal Mums
Our Nurture Reformer class is designed specifically for pre and postnatal clients, offering a safe and supportive Pilates workout tailored to the unique needs of motherhood. With a focus on core stability, pelvic floor strength, and gentle mobility, this class helps mums build strength and confidence at their own pace. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome to join, provided they are comfortably settled in appropriate equipment (e.g., carriers or car seats) for the duration of the class, so you can bring your little one along and enjoy a balanced, rejuvenating workout in a welcoming environment.

LC Fitness
Sports therapist and personal trainer Layla Clark will be located in the Core Tonic studio every Monday to Wednesday offering a range of treatments from Sports Massage to Cupping and Spinal Manipulation. Layla has 10 years experience in the fitness industry, specialising in rehabilitation and sports injury.
