A new year, a fresh timetable, and even more ways to move with intention. As we ‘jump’ into 2026 together, our updated schedule is designed to keep you motivated, supported and aligned with your goals, whatever they may be.

We’ve seen such an incredible response to our new Jumpboard classes… and let’s just say, we’re not done there. 👀 More is coming to Wednesdays and Sundays but can you guess what it is? If you get it right, we might spill the tea early (no promises), so keep those eyes peeled.

As always, our aim is to make the timetable work beautifully around real life, offering variety, balance and just the right level of challenge, all while keeping that Core Tonic feel you know and love.
