Our signature session, Elevate, offers a refined, full-body experience designed for clients ready to deepen their work on the Reformer. With thoughtful sequencing, purposeful pacing, and seamless transitions, this class emphasises precision, alignment, and core connection. Expect a considered challenge that strengthens, lengthens, and enhances overall body awareness. Ideal for those confident on the Reformer, Elevate will guide you toward improved strength, balance, and a more integrated Pilates practice. 50 minutes.
This session is not suitable for clients in their second or third trimester of pregnancy or for those managing significant injuries; our Essentials classes provide a more supportive environment for these needs.
Essentials Reformer
Discover the foundations of Reformer Pilates
Our Essentials class is ideal for both those new to Reformer Pilates and experienced practitioners looking to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of body mechanics. This class focuses on mastering core engagement, alignment, and controlled movement, emphasising the foundational principles that are essential for any level of practice. Whether you’re confident on the Reformer or just starting out, you’ll benefit from the mindful pace and precise guidance that enhance body awareness and core stability. It’s a perfect setting to reconnect with the fundamentals while still enjoying a challenging, revitalising workout. Pre and postnatal clients are warmly welcomed too! 50 minutes.
Jump Reformer
Lift, lengthen & land with control
Jump at Core Tonic brings a playful lift to your Reformer practice, blending Pilates foundations with light, dynamic jumping. Using the Jumpboard as an extension of traditional footwork, this session focuses on alignment, rhythm, breath and full-body integration, while offering a gentle boost in energy and cardiovascular challenge. Expect controlled landings, intentional transitions and low-impact movement that strengthens the legs, deepens core connection and builds stamina. It’s uplifting, grounded and irresistibly fun! 50 minutes.
Clients must have previously attended our Elevate classes and feel confident using the Reformer. Unfortunately, these sessions are not suitable for pregnant clients or those with severe injuries.
Grounded
Build strength from the ground up
Rooted in the precision of classical Pilates with a contemporary twist, Grounded is our energising matwork class that redefines what mat Pilates can be. Using the Balanced Body Allegro® 2 Mat Conversion (which transforms the Reformer into a studio-grade Pilates mat), this session invites you to move with intention, strength and joy. Mat Pilates might seem straightforward, but without the spring assistance of the Reformer, it relies entirely on body weight and gravity for resistance. That means your core, stabilisers and supporting muscles must work harder, demanding greater control, connection and depth of engagement than you might expect. The result? A class that feels grounded, deeply connective and powerfully effective. 50 minutes
Challenging yet supportive, this class offers strength-focused movement with options to meet you where you are. Suitable for all bodies and pre- and postnatal friendly.
Nurture Reformer
Supportive Pilates for Postnatal Mums
Our Nurture Reformer class is designed specifically for postnatal clients, offering a safe and supportive Reformer Pilates workout tailored to the unique needs of motherhood. With a focus on core stability, pelvic floor strength, and gentle mobility, this class helps mums build strength and confidence at their own pace. We welcome women from six weeks postpartum and beyond, provided you have been cleared by your doctor—this may be longer if you’ve had a C-section. Babies who are not yet on the move are welcome to join, provided they are comfortably settled in appropriate equipment (e.g., carriers or car seats) for the duration of the class, so you can bring your little one along and enjoy a balanced, rejuvenating workout in a welcoming environment. 50 minutes.
Men’s Reformer
Targeted strength & mobility training for men
Tailored specifically for men, this class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall athletic performance. Whether you’re into running, cycling, weight training, or just want to move better day to day, our men’s only session focuses on the areas where men often need the most work: hips, hamstrings, core stability, and posture. Expect a challenging, focused workout on the reformer that supports injury prevention and delivers real results. Pilates isn’t just for women, it’s one of the smartest ways to strengthen your body and boost your performance. Your opportunity to experience an entirely personalised Reformer session, tailored specifically to your goals and needs. 1:1, 2:1, and private group sessions (up to five people) available. We also host themed private sessions, perfect for bridal parties, birthdays, and special occasions. 50 minutes.
