Daniella Laxton
Founder
Founder of Core Tonic, Daniella Laxton is a fully comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, having completed her 600-hour certification at Pi Studio, London, covering all Pilates apparatus.
Her Pilates journey began over a decade ago when her mother-in-law, a physiotherapist, suggested it as a way to ease her back pain. Experiencing newfound strength, improved posture, and greater flexibility, she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the practice, one that eventually inspired her to become an instructor in 2021.
Later that year, after completing the London Marathon, Daniella suffered a herniated disc and turned to Pilates to support her recovery, reinforcing her belief in its power to heal and restore. In 2024, she went on to run the London Marathon again, this time pain free, which she credits to her consistent Pilates practice.
Her goal as an instructor is to help clients move in a way that strengthens, energises, and builds mind-body awareness, always with just the right level of challenge to keep them coming back for more. Every session is designed to be both effective and enjoyable!
