Winter Walk
The Core Tonic Winter Walk is returning and we can’t wait to wrap up, get our steps in, and catch up with our wonderful community.
This time, we’ve teamed up with the gorgeous independent café Union Coffee & Dough in Apsley Lock, bringing a brand new route for us to explore. Expect canal views, crisp winter air and plenty of yap!
We’ll start on Kings Langley High Street, wander along the canal to Union Café (where your coffee is on us!), then refuel and stroll back together. And as always — little ones and furry friends are welcome.

When: Sunday 7th December. 10:30am start (approx. 2hrs walk & coffees included)
Meeting Point: Kings Langley High Street → Union Café → back
Price: FREE to join – 20 spaces available!
Parking: Free Langley Hill Car Park (max stay 4 hrs — don’t forget to register your plate!)
